The R Giving Tree Foundation is a 501© (3) not-for-profit volunteer organization (EIN: 81-5134238) which assists cancer patients and their families with non-medical expenses such as rent, utilities, car payments and various other day by day needs.
We understand the extreme financial burden of cancer treatment today and believe that these families deserve help in those difficult times.
The organization does not provide assistance for mediation, supplements, travel, hotel accommodations and or physician or hospital charges.

Eleven years ago, my family was met with the terrible news that our son, Albert Jr., had Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. During his battle with this deadly disease, I witnessed so many families who not only had to deal with cancer, but also insurmountable financial struggles.
When patients go through cancer treatment, often times everyday bills and essential in day-to-day life become compromised due to multiple reasons.
