This event helps supportVeterans and their families who are battling cancer. Patriot Golf has joined forces with theAmerican Legion and the RGTF to give back to those who have sacrificed and served our great nation.
The American Legion – RGTF Charity Golf Tournament is a joyous event where we get to support our veterans and enjoy a fun day of golfat the Cimarron Golf Resort which is locally renowned for having “the best greens in the entire valley”.

The American Legion was chartered by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veteran’s organization. Focusing on service to veterans, service members and communities. It is the nation’s largest wartime veteran’s service organization, committed to mentoring youth and sponsoring of wholesome programs in our communities, advocating patriotism and honor, promoting strong national security, and continued devotion to our fellow service members and veterans.
The R Giving Tree Foundation assists cancer patients and their families bridge the gap for much needed funds for various day to day needs. Founder Al Rosario is an Army veteran whose son has been battling cancer for over 11 years. Al has witnessed so many families who not only had to deal with cancer but also insurmountable financial struggles. RGTF recently formed a partnership with Patriot Golf to help them raise these much-needed funds specifically for veterans and their family members suffering with cancer.
